Introduction
These terms govern your use of Scanvas. By creating an account, generating a QR, or uploading photos, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.
Acceptable use
Scanvas is for premium event photography. You agree not to upload illegal content, harass guests, or use the service to circumvent platform fees on third-party marketplaces.
Accounts
You are responsible for actions taken under your account. Keep your password secure. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.
Content & ownership
You retain ownership of your photos and metadata. You grant Scanvas a non-exclusive license to host, transcode, and display them as needed to provide the service. We will never train ML models on your content.
Billing
Paid plans renew monthly or annually based on your selection. Cancel anytime; access continues until the end of the current billing period. Platform fees apply on monetized galleries as listed on the pricing page.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time. We retain billing records as required by law.
Warranty disclaimer
The service is provided as-is. We do not warrant uninterrupted operation or error-free output. Liability is limited to the fees paid in the prior twelve months.
Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced by email and on this page. Continued use after a change means acceptance.
