How Scanvas started.
After yet another wedding where the photos lived on twenty different phones, in fifteen WhatsApp threads, and on at least three different cloud apps, the team behind Scanvas decided enough was enough.
We tried every tool we could find. They were either built for photographers, built for invoicing, or built like an afterthought. None of them treated the gallery itself as the product.
So we built the page we wished existed. One QR code, one gallery, every memory. No app, no friction, no chasing photos for a week. The host opens the page, the guests scan, and that's the whole thing.
Today Scanvas runs weddings, birthdays, corporate offsites, sports events, family reunions, and year-end parties. It's still the same idea: turn the event into one beautifully curated place.

Galleries belong to the people in them. Encrypted at rest, EU-hosted, unlisted by default. You decide who sees the photos.
